A 1/2 hour pregame show is not enough. When I jump in my car (5:30 pm)
to head out to the ballpark, I want to turn on my radio and hear the
pregame show. By the time the show starts, I'm already in the parking
lot and never hear the show. Don't you want me listening to your
advertisers? The show should recap the series, analyze the visiting
team, check out the farm teams, and interview coaches, players,
groundskeepers, etc. As for WAPO radio, your "programming" wouldn't
suffer. Most of your shows appear to be little more than people
ab-libbing. A well produced pregame show would be a feather in your cap.
