Mariners gonna keep up this pace?

I say probably not, but they can plausibly go 5-7 games over .500 in
the 2nd half with this current team. If they bring up Adam Jones,
bench Jose Vidro, and move Raul into the DH spot add a game or 2 to
that. Also add a couple games if they get another good starter.
Perhaps they can pull off a trade to get Harang. I hear the Reds are
selling him.

I say the Mariners will have a great shot at the division, but not the
wildcard. I don't think the Angels are all that. Their starting
rotation is overrated. I do like Lackey, but I think the rest are kind
of bleh. Jared Weaver is above average, but not great. Bartolo Colon
is a big fat turd. Obviously F-Rod and Shields are awesome, but the
Mariners have that too. Even guys like O Flahrety the vulture and Sean
freaking Green are producing great numbers. Not to mention what a
healthy Rietsma and Mark Lowe could add to the club.

I think it'll come down to the last week, and the Mariners will pull
out the division. Indians take the wild card.
