For all "you people" that like to relate a huge payroll to sucess here
is further proof that a huge payroll is not needed.

Arizona,Colorado,and Philly.These three teams are built from within
and add further proof that if a team is willing to invest in its minor
league system a winner will emerge.No need for 150mil of
payroll.Problem is many of these "small payroll" teams have owners
that are filling their pockets with any profits and could care less
about the team and the fans.
