Kirby Puckett - Dead at 44

This is a sad loss to all who enjoyed watching Kirby play, either for
or against. When I heard that he had a severe stroke this morning, I
had a terrible feeling that he would not survive the day. This guy was
so much fun to listen to, reference the game of baseball. He was
always upbeat about just anything. Major League Baseball lost a great
person and player. He will be missed.

That is a shame. I never cared much either way about the Twins growing up,
but he always was a player I liked, and seemed like a good guy too. It is a
shame, and pray for his family and friends who will miss him the most.
