Should the Mets give Jerry Manuel a contract for next season? Is this
question premature? I was thinking they should keep him a least
another year. It's quite plain that Willie Randolph was not
completely at fault for the poor play of the Mets.

Not! Although if the Mets don't get better players it won't make a
difference who manages.

Clean house in the bull pen. Get rid of the aging vets, invest wisely in
some new additions.

Be patient.

Consider this. The Phillies are outpitching the Mets right now. Unless
the pitching staff goes on another hot streak, this team is toaste, with
or without Delgado hitting.

Hey Rube the boob, what is toaste? Have spellchecker on your $3.100
computer, or does the price bump up to $3,500 to get it? Maybe, it's
spelled right in Brooklyn. After all, they pronounce three, as tree, and
turkey as toikey. ha ha ha

Hey Jimbo, for a nutcase who likes to abuse women, you keep a high
profile. I guess abuse is a way of like for rednecks trailer park
types.

understand that, I told you tree times you toikey. Brooklyn, dumbest
city in the US of A.

that rhymes. Why not tell everyone how you did that? Do you write poetry
when not slapping women around?

Oh - you don't abuse them, you just like to smack them around a bit and
put ads in usenet to find the most verable prey possible.

Saint Emu award.
