The Cubbie troll guaranteed that the Cubbies would sweep all six games
over the Sox. On top of that, the Cubbie troll has repeatedly,
repeatedly, repeatedly and repeatedly said how the Sox are terrible
and play in a terrible division.
You have to wonder though, if the Cubbies are "the best team in
baseball" why did they go a mere 6-9 against the AL?
Now we know the facts, the Cubbies are a good team in the weak, lame
NL. Good for them.
The troll has been wrong and ill-informed on so many occasions in his
loud-mouth posts here that it's no surprise that he was so very wrong
about the Cubbies/Sox series.
No doubt he'll be here twisting, distorting and making up stories.
But I'll never forget how wrong the troll was yet again.
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, CUBBIES!

I never guaranteed a double sweep....only the sweep at Wrigley.
The Black Sox did win three games....but still have a far worse
record.
When it comes right down to it, only NOW really matters. The Cubs are
a superior team RIGHT NOW.
Hold 2005 close. Clutch it to your hearts. It is all that you have.

You make a couple of great points Dr. Crawdad--
The Flubbs play in the weakest division in the weakest league in
baseball history. If they played in the AL they wouldn't be within 10
games of 500.
As far as the troll is concerned I killfiled him weeks ago because his
only purpose here is to aggravate & agitate.
He obviously has no life if he has nothing better to do then post his
hate on a messageboard of a team he doesn't like.
Fortunately I only see his posts when he uses other names which he
does frequently & then I killfile those as I see them. What a sad case
he is.
Happy Anniversary Flubbies--may you enjoy at least 100 more! >> Stay informed about: Jeffrey, don't bet with his predictions... |

Asslip is horribly repetitive, repetitive, repetitive, repetitive.
I have not tried to converse with him in a while and will continue on,
now I've reminded him and others of his past stupidity, if his present
stupidity wasn't clear enough. >> Stay informed about: Jeffrey, don't bet with his predictions... |

He's really not a Cubs fan, more like a petulant child
who uses the Internet to instidate flame wars. He is
as much persona non grata in the Cubs newsgroup as he
is here. Almost all of prattle is reguritated nonsense.

That is an accurate analysis. Does anyone know the Vegas
Line on the All-Star Game. My expectation is that the AL
will be between a 2-1 and a 5-2 favorite.

He needs to start taking his medication.

The Pride of Chicago was 18-10 for the month of June.
I am hoping for at least 18- 7 for the month of July.
