Ah, I had a couple of cold ones on Izzy last night. Thanks for that
steller performance yesterday at Wrigley. When you get tagged, its
almost, almost, as thrilling and gratifying as Carpenter getting an
"L".
Im pulling for 2 out of 3 from the Cardinal.
Gimme a cold Budweiser on that one!

Back off there, tomboy. I am also impressed that your tanking team was
able to FINALLY win a series against the Cubs. I guess that makes this

St. Louis beat you in the American Association vs National League
playoffs in 1886, we would get another title giving us even more
"World Championships"). There's no evidence supporting anything close
to "22 World Championships," however.

We don't. I credited the Cubs with 1907. In any case, A) as noted
above, the common cut-off is 1900 and B) I specified World Series
titles.

You are right...I spoke incorrectly.
The Cubs actually have NINE World Championships and SIXTEEN National
League Championships.
I checked, and double checked those numbers. So...do the Cardinals
