That really should be his last day in the Bronx for a while. Whatever
they did in the minors has not taken. Realistically, he needs to start
from scratch. He's got mediocre stuff and terrible composure. The
whole mess today started with a walk to Nick Punto, a punch hitter at
best, who hadn't had a hit in a week. They have several guys in the
minors who can likely do better without affecting their development.
