I just called the Ridge Square TWINS shop and a gal told me they weren't
being printed this year. I then decided to call the TWINS office and a
guy there told me that on May 21st the 1961 Retro Poster #1 presented by
the Star Tribune will be given out, IF they have any left they will be
in their marketing dept....so call on May 22nd to see if any are left.

Just goes to show ya that some people don't know what they're talking
about. I see on the schedule that on April 16-17 the Minnesota Twins
Schedule Poster presented by No Name Steaks (F) will have it. Ummmmmmm.
Maybe I'll call them to see if they'll have extras. Stay tuned........

to laff tho when I opened it up and saw that it was just a poster with the
schedule on it and 3 pictures of TWINS but no names connected with them.
That surprised me. Don't know what I was expecting. I have a 1991 team
poster on the utility room wall which I enjoying seeing all the time.
Minnetonka High School supplied bat boys for years and I know the one that
year. Not sure if they do that anymore.

Yep, he was. Also Eric Tammereau and Clayton Wilson. Ya made me go down
the basement and check the poster tho! <G> Seems when I look at that wall
all I see is my pic of Dougie from the paper.
And Jack Morris! I remember so well the groans when that "ole" guy
arrived on the scene but then he became one of the heroes of the WS that
year. Yippppeee. I love these ole guys.
