Looking for 8-14 owners in the Houston area to start a new league for 2004.

I've been playing a variety of formats for 9+ years; looking for something
new. I've wanted to have a more serious level of organizational management
as part of the fantasy game. So, I have drafted league rules which do that.
It does require a high level of involvement and interest. I can e-mail
upon request.

Standard run-down:
* face-to-face auction
* money league; $50-$100 buy-in
* head to head; some derivative of Bill James' point system
* 25 active, 10 reserve, 12-15 minor league
* keeper league w/ long term contracts
* player pool depends upon the number of interested owners, and their individual
preferences

Organizational features:
* contiguous financial system: expenditures and team performance effect team
bank account from year to year.
* post season activities: a winter auction which simulates off-season free
agent signing and the Rule 5 draft.
* continuous minor league rosters

Backchannel if interested; must be in Houston area, or willing to make the
trip for the auction.
