The team site says:
Right fielder J.D. Drew showed nice hustle in stretching a single into a
double in the bottom of the third on Friday night. When the Red Sox came out
for the top of the fourth inning, Drew was replaced in right field by Eric
Hinske. It turns out that Drew developed tightness in his right hamstring,
an ailment that he dealt with in June. It isn't known if Drew suffered the
injury on the double
