After beating the Red Sox 5-4 today, the Devil Rays
have the best record in the MLB (50-32) and are
tied with Boston for most wins in MLB!

The Pride of Chicago beat the Tribe today and our
good friends in Detroit beat Darth Vader's Yankees.

They impress me too. It is quite a feat to overtake the Red Sox, who
are the only American League team worthy of note in the last decade.

It is looking like the Cubs may be playing them in the World Series.

Texas beat the Yankees. Detroit beat the Twinkees.

The Cubs, playing on the west coast, got their 50th win a few hours
later.

But why talk about being tied for "most wins" when the Rays have
three fewer losses than the Red Sox, and the top winning percentage in
the majors?

Prediction: That will soon change.

Anybody want to bet?
