Attention Mr. Hampton: space on the Crossroads trivia team is still
open. There are straws available so that you do not have to worry
about lifting your drink of choice [unless you choose the 23oz, which
I'd advise against in your current condition].

Drinking with a straw is far too dangerous for Hampton. Probably cause a
collapsed lung. Or a herniated chest hair.

It could help keep him alive, should he need a tracheotomy, however.

Does the man workout with a personal trainer? He freakin' should.
It's like he has the body of an 80 year old. Look for him to break a
hip in the shower soon. >> Stay informed about: Hampton leaves rehab start in pain |

You didn't deserve to win based on the hamstring anyway, since it was a
pre-existing condition. I believe I was on record before the season that
the hammy would be his problem, no? Anyway, I definitely remember posting
that his arm would be fine, but the rest of his body would be a problem.
Accolades, please.
Yikes, the pitching staff is in shambles. Let's see:
Hampton: Out (he needs to retire)
Smoltz: Out (probably will retire after the season)
Moylan: Out (probably for the season)
Soriano: Out
Hudson: In, but he's looking the 2006 version, not the 2007 version
Glavine: In, but older than dirt
Jurrjens: The new stopper
So here's the new rotation: Hudson, Glavine, Jurrjens, James, Bennett? >> Stay informed about: Hampton leaves rehab start in pain |

In reading Bobby cox's quotes about him, Bobby sounds frustrated. I may be
over-reading between the lines, but given Bobby's normal proclivity for
sugarcoating things, I ften wonder if restraint = anger.

And no real word on when he might come back

And just coming off the DL, not feeling 100%

Looks like it, yes. And bullpen of one "who the hell is this guy?" after
another.
