Post subject: Well Hal Steinbrenner has done it again
Archived from groups: alt>sports>baseball>ny-yankees, others (more info?)
The Redsox, refused to negotiate a trade for Becket, so Hal just went
ahead and BOUGHT THE REDSOX. No need for a trade now, Becket is now
the seventh starter or a long reliever for the Yanks.

Whats next.....................I would guess the Mets and
Santana.......
