Another Guzman

Correct me if I am wrong but don't Rule 5 guys have to stay in the majors
all season regardless how they perform?

Yes, if they don't, then they have to be offered back to the team that
lost them. We cut and lost Spiegner last season only to get him back
later and dump him even later. If they don't show some promise in
Spring training, they can easily be dropped.
