Blanton pitched really well on Thursday. 7.1 innings, 1 earned run, 4 hits,
3 walks, 2 strikeouts. Just a homer to Ortiz in the first. Nice job.

Agreed. He's been MUCH better than he was last year. No shame in
losing today. Haren did the same thing on Monday, basically.
