Be careful all you Twinkie fans!
This is a dangerous time of year for you turkeys.

The real turkeys are Tigers fans. Who can be a fan of a team with zero
division titles in the last 20 years and more last place finishes than
any other team in baseball? The owner spent his wad on a bunch of over-
the-hill high priced veterans meaning any additions to the roster for
the next couple of years will be bottom feeders. Casey Fossum anybody?

Speaking of Thanksgiving, I suppose the football game hosted by the
0-11 Lions will be blacked out in the Detroit area. (again).

At least the Tigers have won more AL pennants this decade than the
Twins have, which is more important.

I still would like to see the Lions go 0-16 this year; hopefully the
Vikings can beat them by more than 2 points (besides that really long
Berrian TD, we were pathetic) when we play them Week 14.

Wow. You're wound more tight than a clock.
Or in your case maybe I should say a "Cuckoo Clock".

No, not really.

What is more important is having the team you follow contend for
the division year after year, IMO.

Being a Tigers fan would be miserable...just look at 'Likely Story'.

I also hope the Lions go 0-16. Maybe then all the sports-talk stations in
this town will shut up about them. I hate football with a passion.

I am anxiously awaiting the debut of MLB Network on January 1st.
baseball talk 247. I love it!
