Games needed to qualify?

How many games does it take for a player to play at a given position for him
to qualify for it? For example: How long till A-Rod qualifies for 3rd? I'm
in a standard roto league on Yahoo. No special rules or nothin. Oh, and do
those games have to be starts, or does it count for a player if he say comes
in at catcher in the 8th and just plays 2 innings. Does that 2 innings
count as a game played towards qualifying?

In Yahoo it's fifteen games.

Not sure, but can I ask why you would possibly have Jason Phillips in your
lineup? (I say this as I light a cigarette with a Mets lighter, but seriously,
Jason Phillips? C'mon)
