This guy appears to have a tighter strike for Oswalt than for Sosa.
Oswalt is not getting the low strikes but Sosa is. When Sosa got the
single to drive in a run the pitch before was right over the plate at
the knees and the umpire called it a ball.

What was up with the balk call. The umpire jumps up in the middle of
Oswalt's delivery and he calls the pitch a ball so the guy walks.
Didn't the umpire think even a little that his jumping up to call a
balk may have altered Oswalt's delivery. The balk call was borderline
but the ump should have ruled a no pitch since he jumped up and may
have distracted Oswalt before he threw the pitch.
I hope this umpire doesn't have an impact on the game's outcome!
