He only needs to hit home runs at a 40 per year pace to get 18 for the
remainder of the season. 500 is certainly obtainable this year if he
gets his bat going.

I have had faith in Timlin coming back and being a useful 1 inning
pitcher for the 7th or 8th inning. I am surprised that they are trying
the multiple inning appearances since anything over 1 inning has
appeared to be a weak point over the last couple of years. Maybe that
is just the WBC effect and this year's injury in the back of my mind.
