Game 115: Don's Aug. 13th grade/thoughts !!!

I guess one of the fears some of us had as to the effect of the beating
the Sox gave the Rangers may have come true. While they've played them
tough in a couple of games it doesn't seem like they got much fight in
'em in the Bronx.
However, and despite the eventual out comes wasn't today the second time
in a week "unhittable" Mo was hittable?
Watching Jeanna Millar today I have to think we MAY have been dervrived
of the best looking Sox wife yet. But is she a good enough reason to put
up with Kevin's lack of power?

I know this team has flaws but it's tough to not be impressed when they
keep the Rangers in the park for 3 games then score 9 and 7 against the
White Sox staff.

You know you're in trouble when you have to walk Papi to get to Manny.
Regardless how it worked that time.

Curious pitching choices tonight. I was a bit bothered not by Wake
coming back out after the delay (I think a knuckler can do that better
than some.), but that they didn't have someone warming when the game
restarted. And I might have gone all the way to the end with Gonzalez.
I suppose 7 - 2 was a good place to see what Remlinger has (Again not
much. I don't see his era in Boston lasting much longer.). And then why
Curt at all up by 4 much less to get the last out in the 8th.? A
strengthening attempt by using him in back to back games?

Look at the pluses for T/Graff since he's been here compared to some
guys who have been here all season.
