Post subject: Baseball Draft Questions

Up until the mid80s, there were many multiple draft phases. In 1973,
for example, there was a June Regular, a June Secondary, a January
Regular and a January Secondary.

I understand that the timing is due to winter graduations but, what
are the Secondary phases for?

Players who were drafted in June but didn't sign.
