Does anyone know where I can find these team stats? I can't locate
them onl-line. I'm trying to figure to compare team defenses. Maybe
some other all encompassing team defensive stat would do instead of
these (not fielding percentage).

Seeking the Light,

Looks like they have DER at baseball-reference.com. Go to the league
page and scroll down to League Miscellaneous Stats, the column is DefEff:

http://www.baseball-reference.com/leagues/NL_2008.shtml

Braves currently lead the NL.

The Hardball Times site has individual BABIP (see THT stats), but not
sure if they have them by team;

http://www.hardballtimes.com/main/stats/

Another good site for imaginary stats is
http://www.baseballprospectus.com/statistics/sortable/

Without it, who would have guessed the Mark Wegner trails only six
umpires in the percentage of strikes per pitch thrown?

I'm guessing he'll have regressed some after tonight, though.

That's "lowest percentage". Amazingly enough.
