Yes, congrats to Vladdy... Now it's time to scale back the Home Run Derby.
I know they won't eliminate it, it brings in $$$. They are getting upwards
of $250 for some tickets to the thing plus whatever TV rights to it bring
in. Plus another day for the host city to sell jerseys & hats. But it is
too ridiculous to have these guys work this hard for a silly exhibition.
Someone is gonna strain something and really hurt their team in the 2nd
half.

Plus, it's played. Who really cares? I for one only watch it because there
is no REAL baseball on today.
