I can't see past the Yanks in the East, they're too experienced to throw it
away now, and I don't trust Boston's bullpen of late. I think the A's are
getting hot and the Mariners are fading (Pat Gillick's lack of activity on
deadline day? Perhaps). In the central, well. I've been thinking all year
that the Royals are about to fade, but they never do. But the ChiSox have
won 8 of 9, hammered the Yanks in their last 2 games and I think this roll
might just take them away from KC and Minnesota. In the NL central, God. I
dunno. It's a case of pick one and hope I think. I'm gonna go with the Cubs
because it's the popular pick, plus their starters have been awesome,
however that bullpen stinks (blew another Kerry Wood gem last night)
