During Tuesday night's game, Brennaman and Grace were so flabbergasted by
Cintron's decision to run to the bag at 2nd (while Hairston was standing
on it) instead of flipping the ball to Hairston (and blowing a sure-fire
double-play in the process), that they made a point that somebody would
ask Cintron about it after the game. Yet in today's AZ Republic, there's
not even a mention of the play, much less Cintron's explanation for what
happened.

Did anybody catch any post-game interviews involving Cintron to find out
what the hell he was thinking?

After tonight, I think he was thinking "my god. I'm standing on the
same dirt that Alex Rodriguez' cleats are digging up."
