Just when I thought he was looking like the Chavez of old, he grounds weakly
into a dp on the first pitch.
If he really can hit again, he needs to prove it over time. He's got no
business swinging away like that.
I know the A's hate to bunt, but if the alternative is the dp, at least put
a hit and run on.

He's been this way for at least 3-4 seasons, though, even before his
big contract extension.

At least he still wins Gold Gloves.
