THe Royals were beat again on Saturday (2 - 0) by the Twins. They are now
tied for second place in the AL Central. Geez! Half game back of
Chicago.
KC plays the Twins again today at 1:10 pm CST. To avoid the sweep they
need to win the game today. After starting out so strong, it will be
ashame to be swept at home by the Twins.
Lets go Royals! Lets get another streak going!!!!!

Bannister pitched a three-hitter, with zero earned runs. Let's see
Greinke match that in Seattle. >> Stay informed about: Blanked Again and tied for second place |

Bannister had a great outing today! Kept the Royals from being swept.
Was that Bannister that kept the Royals from being swept when we played
the Twins in Minn? I do not recall, but he had a very good day today.
Pitched the the whole game. First time any of our starters have done so
this year. For the life of me, I cannot remember we had any of our
starters pitch a whole game last year. I would say probably not, but I am
not positive.
Good game Royals! Get 'em in Seattle!

Didnt quite match but a brilliant performance anyway...I really like the
pitching for contact approach Greinke is taking this year, in the past he
seemed to worry about striking guys out more than just getting the out, his
stuff is so hard to hit well when he is in command of his pitching, just
hope he keeps it up. When is the last time Royals pitchers had back to back
complete games? What a fun time to be a Royals fan. >> Stay informed about: Blanked Again and tied for second place |

Bannister and Greinke are doing great! We just need to get Meche
going and we will have a great rotation. If Meche can get back to
what he was pitching last year, that would be great!
Yeah, I do not recall the last time two Royals picthers pitched
complete games. Not to mention the last time we had a pitch complete
a full game.
Fun time! Go Royals tonight!

Well, we got spanked this evening 11 - 6. Most runs we have scored so far
this year, but ended in a loss. John Bale is 0 - 3. Ouch! Then our bowl
pen did not do well either giving up runs.
Twleve hits for the night, but we got in a jam in a couple different
innings. Off to the Angels tomorrow with another late game at 9:05 pm.
Go Royals!

I have to agree on Nomo, not real confident in Bale either. Right now
batters are hitting .400 against Bale and I havent seen any signs that it
will get better. De La Rosa, Peralta and Hochevar are all having great
seasons so far in AAA I'd like to see them get some of them up here. >> Stay informed about: Blanked Again and tied for second place |
