They should have been out of the inning as Crisp was out stealing. But
I am not complaining.

Go Sox!!

George must have diverted the umpire's payoff money to Clemens.

that replay didn't show enough to conclude that and as jeter said nothing

Get your eyesight checked. On slow motion it was not even close. The
tag was made and his hand was inches from the bag.

I saw his hand hit the bag before the tag was made. I am watching it in
1080i BTW. Looked safe to me.

If you get back on your medication, the hallucinations may go away.

Post a link for all to see. You cannot send me an email since you

you post here and that tells me much about you, none of it good.

I predict Mario will not post the link since he knows he lied about an
angle clearly showing Crisp to be safe. He will again come up with
another excuse. The truth is that he knows he has no angle that
definitively shows Crisp to be safe. That is because Crisp clearly was
out and Mario knows it.

If Mario had the evidence he would post it for all to see. He would
jump at the opportunity to prove me wrong. But he won't because he
knows I am right.

Post a link to the angle that you think shows that he is safe. You
can post it for free at www.dropshots.com.

You see, I don't think he was out. I know he was out. I know it
because in the freeze frame that was shown on TV, the tag was made and
his hand was inches from the bag. It was not even close. His hand was
at least two inches from the bag if not more when the tag was made.
The angle of the shot showed the play as clearly as was possible; tag
on body, hand off bag.

However in real time it is certainly understandable how the ump could
get it wrong. It is tough to be looking at the tag and the hand at the
same time. Maybe one day they will use instant replays to determine
these plays as they do in football and basketball. If they did then he
would have been ruled out without a doubt.

It is pretty pointless to discuss whether he was safe or out when it
is so clear. However it does reveal the integrity of posters in this
newsgroup and that is a useful thing if nothing else.

I predict that Mario will not post a link clearly showing him to be
safe and will make some kind of diversion to avoid admitting he is
lying. Just watch.

Yes, after it bounced I realized you don't have a valid email address.

Whatever, Richard. I tried to email you, but you hide behind a false
email account.

I don't really care if you're wrong. My angle showed him safe. If you
don't believe me, you're close-minded. I'm done with you, and if you
think I'm dodging you, that's your right.

Bye.

I just mailed it to you. Much easier to send it to you at full
resolution so that you can view with more or less the same clarity as I did.

Certainty is a wonderful thing. I have the same opinion from the angle I
can freeze.

Instant replays don't belong in a game like baseball. It's frizzed up
enough to make it "watchable" as it is.

Yes, it is. And my rejoinder to you was to get off your high horse and
accept someone's opinion as just that: an opinion. Then, if you wish,
you can have a discussion. But if you are Double-Aces in disguise and
are ALWAYS right (and even the newspapers back you up), then there's no
point even trying to get you to stop making denigrating comments about
people who merely give their opinion.

> I predict that Mario will not post a link clearly showing him to be

You don't even know me, Richard. I'm not lying and stand by my opinion.
I sent you the sequence I'm talking about. Watch it and report back. But
I predict you will offer another diversion or name-calling session to
divert attention from my chosen angle. Which, by your logic, will make
*you* the liar.
