Randy Johnson gave up three runs over eight innings, but the Yankees
still went on to lose this match. The Yankees have now won only once
and lost four times in the opening five games of this 2006 season. The
Yankees started 1-4 in 1998 before winning a team-record 114 games en
route to a World Series title. They will be hoping history repeats
itself again this season. The Yankees have dropped seven of their last
nine in this ballpark. >> Stay informed about: BLAST FROM THE PAST: New York Yankees 2-3 LA Angels |
