It is easy to see that Ron Washington has taken the lead and asked Art
Howe to start working closer with the Rangers hitters.Indications are
that Michael Young has been trying to pull the ball too much and
therefore is not utilizing his biggest strength.Art was working with
Young in the batting cage the past 3 nights and I just bet that you
people will begin to see Young turn it around.

The person working with Rangers hitters is the same man that has always
worked with them and helped them have hot bats. That man is named Rudy
Jaramillo. You might want to learn a little about the Rangers before you
shoot off your mouth. You are only making yourself look like a fool.

Let me guess???? After 6 years of good offensive stats, Ron Washington
became the coach and Young forgot it all?

LOL.. Dumbass!

Why does Rudy the great never get any criticism? The Rangers have always
had good power numbers, but that it it. Terrible situational hitting. I
think Rudy does not teach that. The Rangers are leading the AL (at least in
top 3) in HRs, but what is their record? I love the long ball (and chicks
dig it too), but lets face it, to have a good offense you need more than
that. The Rangers hitters are impatient, do not hit behind runners, and are
terrible bunters. If the great Rudy Jaramillo gets credit for the great
power numbers by Rangers hitters, then he should also get "credit" for the
poor aspects of their hitting.

Whatever the case may be, its the Rangers history of pitching that has
doomed them. I dont think anyone can question that.
