Injury report: Right-hander Tony Armas Jr. was supposed to start on Tuesday
against the Cardinals, but he was a last-minute scratch because he couldn't
get his arm loose during his warmup session.

The Expos acquired left-hander Jeriome Robertson from the Indians in
exchange for lefty Pierre-Luc Marceau. Robertson was then optioned to
Triple-A Edmonton.

To make room on the 40-man roster, the Expos designated right-handed pitcher
Jeremy Fikac for assignment.

Robertson, 27, went 15-9 with a 5.10 ERA in 32 games for the Astros last
season.

With Zach Day on the disabled list, the Expos activated Joey Eischen from
the 15-day disabled list on Monday.
