Alonso in Action

Just happened to flip thru ESPN last Friday night, and lo and behold,
Miami was on, and Alonso was on deck... Intentional walk.

Then watched a deep fly later on, and peeked in again on Sat, when he
hit a HR and K'ed twice.

Anyone else watch and have impressions? I'm hardly an expert, but
after watching those ABs, his swing reminds me a lot of Matt Stairs.
Don't know why, but it just did.

Miami made it to the CWS, so I'm pretty sure the rest of his games
are televised on espn if you want to check him out. I think they play
UGA on Saturday.

Miami had 5 guys drafted in the first 3 rounds, including first
rounders Alonso (7), 2b Weeks (12), and RHP Gutierrez (27).
