How far from the Pacific Ocean is Arizona, by the way?

The "west" is at the very least anything west of the Rockies.
Don't they teach that in eighth grade?

By the way, it's 175 miles from the Arizona border to San Diego,
to answer your question.

Yuma says FU, but then again, who cares what Yuma thinks. To
answer your question (assuming Phoenix satisfies your requirements for
"an actual population center"), it is 372 miles from Phoenix to Los
Angeles. That is considerably less than the distance from Buffalo to
New York City.

You'll learn about all this stuff when you get to ninth grade.

I wasn't suggesting otherwise.

I was simply curious; thanks. How far from any actual population
centers in Arizona to say, Los Angeles?
